Hey Bookish Boo!
I missed you. It's been a minute in a half since we last connected, but I am so glad to see you! Let's see... what happened that I didn't get a chance to tell you...
I got to hang out with one of my favorite authors - Tiffany Patterson THE Tiffany Patterson, creator of the Townsends of Williamsport and the Black Burlesque series!
She invited me, ME, little ol' me to do a TikTok live where we talked about books, the book community, and our writing habits etc. It was AWESOME! I only went total fangirl once... on camera. If you missed it, we'll do another talk in July - I'll keep you updated.
Monday night I chatted up the hilarious sisters of Sip Then Read (Nikki and Syreeta) on Instagram Live for their Up Late book chat. We talked for two hours. We had a blast. Shenanigans were had. I was hoarse the next morning and my cheeks hurt from laughing.
In other news, Chaser hit (and passed) 100 reviews on Amazon! This book hit that review milestone so much faster than Heartbeat. AND Heartbeat hit 500 reviews today on its anniversary!
I'm excited about the growth of the series and the reception of Chaser. Speaking of Chaser, I think it's time for a Zoom book discussion with me and a special guest host (who I can't reveal just yet)! If you are interested in joining the book discussion keep an eye out here for dates.
Don't forget to scroll below for freebie and discounted books and Book Tour Dates!
Have an awesome evening.
Hugs and Cheers,

I’m a CEO who lives like a prince. She's a struggling entrepreneur. We’re worlds apart, and she just brought me to my knees.
♥ ♥ ♥
I make no excuse for my playboy ways. I work hard, and I play hard.
I’ve been burned by what I thought was love. Now one night with a woman is all I can give. I won’t risk my heart again.
Then a mysterious masked woman with curves for days enthralls me. After the hottest night I’ve ever had, I want more. But when I wake up, she’s gone.
No names. No promises. My mind says forget her, but my body won’t listen.
When our paths cross again, my need for her hasn’t diminished. I can’t give her a real relationship, but the guise of one will give us what we both desire most.
A fake relationship will clean up my image and give her the connections she needs to jump-start her business—though there’s no faking our scorching nights together.
Just when my feelings become real, my company is threatened, and she might be to blame. Was her coming into my life a devious plan to steal from me, or the innocent run-in she claims?
Either way, my company, and my heart are on the line.

Bestselling Romance Author and Freelance Journalist Terreece M. Clarke writes diverse stories for today's readers.
Hey Bookish Boo! There is always a lot of conversation among readers about cringey words we romance authors use in our books. The conversation mostly revolves around 🐓 vs 🍆, but some influencers have whole lists of words they don't want to see 🤣. I know it frustrates some authors, but mostly I just laugh because honestly, if we stopped using the all suggested words our books would be blank LOL! I don't have words that make me cringe but I get eye twitchy at words used incorrectly in books....
Hey Bookish Boo! What are your favorite love songs? If you're read any of my books you know I love a playlist. Sometimes a song will inspire a whole scene, sometimes I scroll endlessly through music looking for the right song that goes with a particular moment. For Heartbeat, "Creep" by Radiohead became the theme song for the villain of the story, if Griffin appeared in a scene that scene was annotated with a cover of "Creep" that fit the mood. With Fingertips I heard Beyonce's song...
Hey Bookish Boo! I've been busy with my training for my husband's home dialysis and in between machine beeps and manuals I saw a post on social media from a romance reader that wished romance novels didn't always have happy endings. And not the smutty kind.😜 She said "because life doesn't always have a happy ending." *Terreece slides into frame dragging a large, ceremonial soap box up a large hill. Climbs on top, clears throat.* "ROMANCE NOVELS MUST HAVE A HAPPY ENDING OR THEY ARE NOT ROMANCE...
